Mike Vechery, licensed in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia, is one of the real estate industry's top brokers in real estate sales and leasing for commercial and residential real estate. He has completed hundreds of transactions-single family homes, condos, coops, leases(office, retail, industrial, residential), office buildings, and land. 

Mike's real estate knowledge and communication combined with his ability to negotiate and settle transactions are what set him apart from other agents or brokers.

Mike was a Director of Corporate Finance for Fortune 71 company NYNEX and worked as a special assistant/consultant to the Treasurer in the purchase and sale of real estate and telecom investments. Mike is also a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). Mike graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Georgia in 1987 and an MBA from Georgetown University in 1994. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Financial Manager (CFM).

A native Washingtonian, Mike enjoys golf and photography in his spare time. He has a beautiful 3 year old daughter named Lauren. Mike resides in Bethesda, Maryland.
